VR Learning Solutions: Enhancing immersive eLearning experiences
Immersion in Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality is increasingly being used to deliver training. Virtual Reality has been around for quite some time.
Having added Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality to the mix, we have created exciting new possibilities in the immersive learning space.
How to develop a VR training solution
Virtual Reality has been found to enhance the training experience for any activity.
Immersive learning environments created with virtual Reality are ideal for training in secure and efficient settings, and they reduce the costs of the learning process and increase the learners’ preparation.
Creating a VR training solution may be a black box to most. In this article, we outline, step-by-step, the steps we take to develop a VR learning solution.
Step 1 — is to contact our sales team.
Our first step is to meet or speak with our sales team to learn what solution you seek, your objectives, and the types of tasks, activities, and processes that need to be simulated.
The purpose of this discussion is to assist us in understanding the key aspects of the learning simulation and its ultimate goal.
Step 2 — is to develop a proposal.
Once all the features and details of the solution have been defined, a project proposal with a solution presentation and a quote is drafted.
All the project details are explained in the project presentation, providing a comprehensive overview of the VR training solution.
The quote lists all the cost items, person-hours per task, and the project’s final cost.
Step 3 — Approval
Upon receiving our proposal, you have the opportunity to review it and request any additional changes.
Once the final proposal is approved, and we have received your final approval, we begin the development of the VR solution.
Step 4 — Development and implementation
An initial version of the solution is developed exactly by the proposal, testing it.
Once all the features have been approved, we release the final version and deliver it. We provide all the necessary tools to manage and operate the program.
